I’ve recently joined this community and I just have to say — I’m absolutely in love with Voiceflow! ❤️
It’s such a brilliant platform, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a coding background. Everything feels intuitive and empowering. Super happy to be here with you all!
That said, I’ve run into a small (well… maybe not so small 😅) problem and I’m hoping someone might be able to help or point me in the right direction.
I’ve built a simple agent that I embedded on my website — it’s supposed to chat with potential clients and, when someone is interested in a consultation, send me their info (like name, email, phone number, and the proposed date/time).
The agent is integrated with Twilio, but for some reason, when the message comes through, all the fields are empty 😕
So it seems like I’ve messed something up with the mapping, but I’m not sure where exactly.
Has anyone run into something similar or could take a quick look?
And if it’s allowed here — I’d even be open to paid help, as long as it’s within the community guidelines. I know there are Voiceflow experts listed, but since I’m just starting out, I can’t really spend too much at the moment.
