Mapping/variables

I’ve recently joined this community and I just have to say — I’m absolutely in love with Voiceflow!
It’s such a brilliant platform, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a coding background. Everything feels intuitive and empowering. Super happy to be here with you all!
That said, I’ve run into a small (well… maybe not so small
) problem and I’m hoping someone might be able to help or point me in the right direction.
I’ve built a simple agent that I embedded on my website — it’s supposed to chat with potential clients and, when someone is interested in a consultation, send me their info (like name, email, phone number, and the proposed date/time).
The agent is integrated with Twilio, but for some reason, when the message comes through, all the fields are empty
So it seems like I’ve messed something up with the mapping, but I’m not sure where exactly.
Has anyone run into something similar or could take a quick look?
And if it’s allowed here — I’d even be open to paid help, as long as it’s within the community guidelines. I know there are Voiceflow experts listed, but since I’m just starting out, I can’t really spend too much at the moment.
