i have a problem with buttons after agent step
i put a choice step after my agent step so it will show 2 buttons, but it doesnts work, how do i fix it, here is a schreenshot, its not in english but you will get the point

I have two Ideas on that:
1. Why are you not using the Buttons in the Agent-Step?
2. You need to check how your "exit conditions" are ... so most of the time it´s still staying in the Agent Step - you need to tell him in the Agent Prompt "take the exit directly when a user mentioned XYZ or when you have all the infos" and in the "exit condition" you need also to say "take this path if XYZ"
You could try out the following dirctly now 😉 talk with your agent and directly tell him "now take the exit ....." so really try to push him into the exit step if it´s working then -> then you know it´s prompting.

The agent step is an auto loop unless you have an exit point. You can add an exit condition, such as "After a question is answered," or turn on the Exit every time option.
