Elatency with the voiceflow api integration

I'm currently working on a project where I integrated an AI avatar using UNITH in Voiceflow mode.
However, I'm encountering an issue during the process. When launching the avatar, I receive frequent "An error occurred. Please try again later" messages, especially during the conversation flow between UNITH's server, Voiceflow API, and the TTS + animation process. Sometimes the conversation even freezes.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this?
