Plan: Business | Urgent Credit Issue
My workspaces all now share a single 50K credit limit. Before they would each have their own credit limit which would about to about 250K/month across the 5 workspaces. Is this a bug?

hey @Evo, this is intentional. the full change is still being pushed out which is why notification emails haven't been sent out yet.
if you pay for a plan with 50k credits, the intended behaviour was for you to receive 50k credits, not 50k credits per workspace.
if you're paying for multiple plans that should be totalling more than 50k credits, let me know and I can ask our support team to take a look
Wow, that change messes up our current clientele's pricing structure which we based off of the credit limits that were displayed
i'm still collecting feedback on the change for the team (we had a discussion on it yesterday). is it the reduction in credits (down to the level that was advertised on the pricing page) that causes problems, or the lack of balances being isolated between clients, or something else?
The reduction in credits. We were under the impression that we had an allotment of 250K credits to utilize and based our agency prices on that. Now, only 1 client will be using the entire monthly allowance
gotcha. yeah, the credit limit was never intended to be per workspace and was never advertised as such on things like the pricing page. there was a bug that worked in people's favour that meant they got significantly more credits than intended, and while i know that changes like this suck, it's effectively just a bug fix
with that said, if you need a bit of time to transition over, send an email to support@voiceflow.com (and screenshot this message in the email) and they should be able to hook you up with a temporary credit boost to help you with the transition
