How can I make the Voiceflow chatbot save information and previous conversations for the same client?
And how can we link VoiceFlow with Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms?
And what’s the best way to structure a professional prompt for a Voiceflow AI agent?
If you have any videos or resources that explain how to solve these issues, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them. It would help me a lot as I’m still learning.
