Hi!! I need @help with two queries: 1. Product links are included in the KB as urls, and I generally want it to give the product link + descriptions, but it goes overboard inventing urls... Any ideas on how to reduce this? > I using Claude 4 sonnet (0.03 temp) Agent step with knowledge base box activated. 2. How to generate different response boxes in WhatsApp with a Voiceflow agent. I have an agent and I want it to offer two or three products depending on the last utterance. Can I do this through the prompt? Or is there a tool or tutorial you can recommend?

Hey @Tat

1) Can you show us, how does your data look - example chunk would suffice (I'd bet it's probably the quality/structure of your data) + combination with how you prompt the agent

2) You can do this simply via extension
