Getting Voice agent to dial an extension i.e. Ext 241 or 0 for receptionist
Is there way I can get a voice agent to "enter" an extension after dialling a phone number? On my canvas, I have a message block with <speak>{extension}</speak> but it literally speaks the extension e.g. "Two, four, one". I have enabled Key Input in the Voice agent settings. But I don't know what type of "block" do I need to use on the canvas. Can someone please lend a hand? I'm new to Voiceflow and not very technical, hehe! So kindly explain in layman's terms. Thanks!
