Searching for a Voiceflow Transcript evaluation use case
Hello guys, I am searching for a transcript evaluation use case because until here I don't use the transcript evaluation at all.
Which use case I should have to use it or what does make sense to use it for?
Do you have any blueprints or experiences with that functionality?
