Does Voiceflow let us continue and access past conversation via their API?
I have custom use case where I have connected my own ui with voiceflow agent via apis but now I want past messages history to let users continue other conversations is it possible to persist chats ?

You can retrieve previous conversations via transcripts API https://docs.voiceflow.com/reference/transcriptpubliccontroller_searchbyprojectid
