How do I get access to voiceflow support?
I'm a new customer and just upgraded from free trial to the pro account yesterday. We've barely touched the agent and this morning I'm getting notice that we've exceeded the 10K credits. I really don't think we've exceeded the credit - how can I connect with voiceflow customer support? The AI chat keeps on saying it has sent a support ticket but I am not receiving any emails. Please help - thank you!
