Agent keeps getting the date wrong

I have set the correct timezone and included the variables but the agent just gets the date wrong. For example, if I attempt to book an appt for next monday it will say monday the 25th when monday is the 24th. I need help please!

yeah so that's the timzeon, but then you need to include the actual time too!

I've added it but it still seems to be getting the days itself wrong. Next monday is the 24th but it calls it the 25th which would be tuesday, do you get what i'm trying to say now?

is your agent able to book the appointment correctly if someone wants to book it for "today" or "tomorrow" ? (not for a day of week)

when i test in chat it gets the date right but when I call it gets dates wrong
