I’m currently working on setting up an agent flow, but I’m encountering some issues and would appreciate some assistance.
Despite providing all the required information (such as the telephone number and name), my agent continues to perform only a simulation or chat instead of actually placing a call. I’m trying to get the flow to initiate a real call to a contact from the list, but I’m not sure where I’m going wrong.
Could someone please guide me on how to correctly start and run the flow to trigger the call rather than just the simulation?

It usually means the flow is still running in simulation mode, not a live execution. I can help you check your outbound call trigger, telephony integration, and how your agent is being started. Once those are aligned, the call will fire instead of a chat simulation. Quick question: which provider are you using for real calls (Twilio, VAPI, or Voiceflow’s native telephony)?

i am using twilio . i connected twilio
