Credits accumulation

Hello, We have an account created some years ago with pro plan. It is 10 000 credits by month so at the end of invoicing period sould be exactely reset to 10 000 right ? We consume 2000 max per month. Actually it shows 33 140 credits limit. Month before it was I remember at about 20 000 or so at the beginning. The question is if it is normal ? I missed some invoicing changes passed since ? Am I dreaming ? Bug ? Thanks! BR

Hey! Credits do not roll over month to month. However, you might have had a promotional credit grant at some point that is in addition to your monthly credits. Most of the time, once these are depleted, they don't renew the next month.

yeah it's more of a credit limit than it is a currency in that sense, it basically helps us ensure we don't go negative on ai costs as we're paying for all the ai models you use
