Agent dropping off mid conversation
I have created a workflow, I tested it via the chat widget but when I do a live call, the agent keeps dropping off (as it hangs up) mid-way through the conversation. I haven't changed anything since I did the tests and can't figure out why it's dropping off. Can you shed some light as to why it's doing this? Thanks!

hey @Charlie , it's likely that it's running out of tokens - there's a max token setting you can change in the "model" section. @Charlie
