Twilio (Whatsapp response) not being recognised by Voiceflow Issue

I've built a system using make.com / voiceflow / google docs and twilio. The make.com flow is caputring the data from the email sent, the user then recieves a message and replies yes to continue to the voiceflow quesitons set up but currently, the YES response from the user isn't being recieved by voiceflow to trigger to voiceflow follow on questions. Voiceflow is not recognising the "YES" message from WhatsApp as a valid trigger, so I believe the system is failing due to an internal platform bug. I need a voiceflow support member to manually check the runtime environment logs from my project ID (6934aa865f8b0349c0b5b93a) and debug why the live channel is failing to map the word "YES" to the Affirmative Intent (at the start).

I can help clarify this for you. If Voiceflow isn’t picking up the YES message, it’s usually an issue with how the intent or channel mapping is set—not a platform bug. Voiceflow support can access logs, but as a builder I can help you check your live channel config, input mapping, and Make → Twilio → VF payload to make sure the message is reaching the runtime. If you want, I can walk through your flow and help you pinpoint why the Affirmative intent isn’t triggering. @ButlerIntegrate

Just a quick plug, FlowBridge Connect (https://flowbridge.app) supports WhatsApp integration. It might an easier solution to the problem?
