SMS hung in loop
Hello- I have built an SMS canvas and hooked it up to Make.com. During testing I got the texts to interact with voice flow using the integration but since I used my cell number to test - every time I send a text - the ai agent responds with the same message. How do I reset the history of incoming texts on the voice flow side?

When you test with your own number, Voiceflow keeps the conversation state, so it will keep replying based on the last stored session. You just need to clear the session/history for that phone number inside Voiceflow (Session Management → Delete/Reset). After resetting, your AI agent will respond fresh to every new test. Ok - I tried and I have searched all over my voiceflow settings and cant find "session management" Can you send me some screenshots or refer me to a guide?
