Button interrupting dialog

❓Webchat
Currently, using an agent and clicking on a button presented by a carousel element creates a new message.

This hinders the user experience, as it creates a new message without any response from the chatbot.

For example : In this carousel, there's a button to check the product (url)

The agent also suggests the different presented products to help the client add them to the cart.

However, when clicking on view product, it removes all the buttons generated by the agent because it considers it as a message entry.

Then, nothing happens.
