Receiving a 200(OK) on voiceflow with empty braces {}

I stringified an airtableResponse variable and tried to send it over to a 2nd API that is supposed to generate Dynamic Carousels. I got a 200 (OK) with empty braces.
In the body of the 2nd API I tried using {airtableResponse} without the quotations around it but I received a bad request error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
