Cannot whitelist Voiceflow in Cloudflare

Hello we are trying to whitelist our Voiceflow chatbot within Cloudflare. We have added these IPs:
https://docs.voiceflow.com/docs/whitelisting-voiceflow-ips-for-api-integrations

However Cloudflare is still blocking Voiceflow. Is there any other configuration we need? This is our last step before we can launch our project for multiple clients
