Adding functionalities to the Chat-bot
Hi! I am at the finishing stage of the development of my knowledgbe base + chat bot combination. Currently i am testing the concept and working on additional functionalities to improve the chatbot and the concept as a whole. Is it possible to get into contact with a developer that could help me with adding these functionalities? I am working with a deadline on Friday, so i would really, really appreciate contact before that date!
PS. unfortunately i saw this channel too late, that's why i double send in the general chat aswell...

In addition my chat-bot doesn't seem to collect information from my knowledge base and only answers with AI, which i don't know how to fix

Is it still possible for someone to assist me with this?
Perhaps it would help if i specify what exactly i need assistance with. First of all my integration of the knowledge base unfortunately doesn't work accordingly. So that is priority as of now. The functionalities i want to add is (1) adding a frame in which the AI can assist in answering questions but in turn also shuts off if it goes to topics that i don't want it to answer to (in which it answers that it isn't in its scope for instance), and (2) i want it to redirect the user to contact information of the employees of the company, the link to the site works, but for some reason the event intent doesn't get triggered (only when the utterance is exactly that of one of the examples in the intent itself).
