Is there a way to capture user ip address or device information?
I am trying to find a way to capture user ip or device info on VF. Is this available?

You can check the #📚┃code-snippets channel, we have a code to capture user's IP.
You can also use your own Javascript code on your webpage to fetch the info you need and pass them to your agent when loading the chat widget.
