I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the chat implementation on your website. Based on the information you've provided, it seems like the problem might be related to the integration of the Voiceflow Web Chat widget on your site. The Web Chat widget and JavaScript API provided by Voiceflow allows you to customize the appearance of UI elements, specify between development and production versions of your design, pass data upon launch, and programmatically show and hide the widget. You can find more details about this in our Web Chat documentation. If you're trying to integrate a live chat handoff, ensure that your live agent platform has the necessary features such as a documented API or an SDK that can be used to create a new conversation with an agent and add a new user-sent message to an existing conversation. More information about this can be found in our Live Chat Handoff documentation. Please review these resources and ensure that the integration has been done correctly. If the error persists, it might be helpful to check the console for any specific error messages that could provide more insight into the issue.

the problem comes from the capture! because when I upload directly to the knowledge base it works. What's wrong with the capture?

It seems like your custom entity is not able to capture/recognize the passed value. Try to use 'Entire user reply' instead of an entity to capture user telegram id here.
