the bar above is for voiceflow charges not LLM charges, those are user messages
i'd sort by agents and see which agent is using the majority of that
then go look at the analytics/transcripts
we haven't changed the price of credits, so it can only be volume increase somewhere

it's less about users, more about messages they are sending
if each user is avg sending 10 messages, that's 1k credits/day as it's 1k user messages/day
