Has anyone successfully integrated a chatbot to a WhatsApp business account?

I have successfully connected everything though when I try to login to the WhatsApp account on the phone I never receive the verification code.

Yeah that I was already aware about though I meant a place where I can jump in and reply myself too.

Also, do you know how I can extract the numbers that are texting me on WhatsApp? I can see them in the voice flow transcript and would like to have them somewhere saved so I can for example send a message to all of them at once.

Yes It's annoying because you can't just jump in on a chat or continue off at the end of a chat. @Utkarsh-Marwaha has allot of experience with custom intergrations with whatsapp maybe he can jump in on this.

We can extract the phone numbers from whatsapp easily and store them in external databases like Google firestore. The screenshot you see below is one such example.

Besides phone numbers, we can track other minute activity parameters for every user. These can be used to create customer personas for individualised marketing campaigns

Lastly, we can also create a system where whatsapp users texting the chatbot can be redirected to human staffers on the backend.

It is possible to jump into a conversation and reply to any user yourself. It is done via rerouting facebook's graph API to establish a connection between you (admin) and the user

@Steve B. | IntelleSync.ai do you know if there is a limit when using the API of voice glow? I use it with voice glow for the WhatsApp connection though it stopped working.
