problem with KB

I don't see the KB update. Is anyone having problems with the Knowledge Base? Maybe there is an update going on now? 🙁

The Knowledge Base (KB) in Voiceflow is designed to be updated based on the refresh rate you set for each data source. This feature ensures that your AI responses are always based on the latest available data. If you're not seeing updates, it could be due to the refresh rate set for your data sources. You can check and adjust this by navigating to the Knowledge Base tab within the Content section of your dashboard. From there, select the desired data source and choose from options such as 'Never', 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly' based on how frequently you want the information to be updated. If you're still experiencing issues, it might be a temporary issue within the community. Please check back later or try refreshing your page. If the problem persists, it might be beneficial to discuss this with other community members who might have experienced similar issues.
