Password change

When I initially signed in, I used the 'Sign-in with Google' option, which didn't prompt me to create a password or anything. Now, when attempting to log in on another device, I click the 'Forget password' button. Upon entering my email, I received the message: 'This email is associated with an SSO (single sign-on) account. You can't reset your password on Voiceflow.' What steps should I take to resolve this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Since you signed in using the 'Sign-in with Google' option, your account is set up through Single Sign-On (SSO) and doesn't have a separate password for Voiceflow. Therefore, you won't be able to reset or create a Voiceflow password in the traditional manner. To log in on another device, you should use the 'Sign-in with Google' option again, using the same Google account you initially used. This will grant you access to your Voiceflow account without needing to reset or create a new password. Here are some key points to remember: - Your Voiceflow account is linked to your Google account through SSO. - Use the 'Sign-in with Google' option on any device to access your account. - There's no need to create or reset a Voiceflow password if you're using SSO.
