Switch from SSO to user/password account
Hi everyone,
I currently connect to voiceflow using SSO (Google Account).
I would like to switch to a basic user & password.
When I hit the reset button I get the message "This email is associated with an SSO (single sign-on) account. You can’t reset your password on Voiceflow."
Do you know how I could switch the authentication method ? Sorry, I am quite new to voiceflow

The information provided on how to switch from an SSO (Google Account) to a basic user & password account on Voiceflow is not accurate according to the source documents. The source documents do not provide a method for switching from an SSO account to a basic user & password account.
If you have logged in to Voiceflow using your email and password (non-SSO), you can change your password or update your email address from the profile page in your workspace. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the instructions sent to your email.
Please note that these processes are not applicable for accounts logged in via SSO (Google login/Facebook).
