WhatsApp Cloud API

Hi guys, I have my clients business number connected to the WhatsApp Cloud API because we have the chatbot connected. Having it the number connected to the cloud api means that we can’t use the number on the application on the phone. The client would like to send a broadcast message to his customers and I can’t seems to find a way to do that :/. Does anyone know how I can do that?
