NaN for training error
Please help, I uploaded a pdf to my knowledge base but when I try to train my assistant I get the errors seen in the image. The knowledge base isn't even working 😦
it works just fine in the preview mode in the knowledge section, but the actual chatbot doesn't draw any information from the document.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with training your assistant using the uploaded PDF in the knowledge base. It sounds like the document is correctly uploaded since it works in preview mode, but there seems to be a disconnect when the assistant tries to draw information from it for actual interactions. Here are a few steps and considerations that might help resolve the issue:
- Ensure that the PDF file size does not exceed the 10mb limit per upload. Larger files may not be processed correctly.
- After uploading your document to the Knowledge Base, it's crucial to train or retrain your assistant to incorporate the new data. This step is necessary for the assistant to utilize the uploaded content effectively.
- Verify that the Knowledge Base is correctly linked to your assistant's responses. The assistant should be designed to prioritize responses from the Knowledge Base when relevant queries are made.
- Consider the structure of your assistant. It should be designed with a simple structure that allows the Knowledge Base to trigger for any questions, especially if your assistant is not responding as expected.
- If you've made any recent changes to the Knowledge Base or the assistant's design, ensure that these changes are saved and that the assistant is retrained to reflect these updates.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it might be worth reviewing the setup and configuration of your assistant and the Knowledge Base to ensure everything is aligned correctly.

The pdf is 50kb, so way under 10mb. the problem is that after i upload, i don't have the option to retrain the assistant, the button is disabled to do so.
