Issue purchasing token

Hello, I'm not able to purchase AI tokens. Every time I click on purchase an error pops up saying "Internal Server Error". I have tried sending a mail to voice flow but waiting for a response. Meanwhile, if someone could help me with this then could be really helpful.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with purchasing AI tokens. It seems like there might be a temporary issue on our end. Here are a few key points to consider while we work on resolving this: - Additional tokens are meant to be a one-time purchase and do not expire or reset. They will be added to your monthly token quota. - Tokens should appear in your account within one minute of purchase. You may need to refresh your account page to see the updated balance. - Additional tokens can only be purchased by users on paid plans (Pro, Teams, or Enterprise). The price for additional tokens is $5 per 1 million tokens. - Only the admin of the workspace may purchase tokens for Pro & Teams plans. For Enterprise plans, please contact your account representative for assistance. Please ensure you are logged into a paid account and have the necessary permissions to make a purchase. If the issue persists, it might be a temporary server error on our side.

Thanks for the quick response. All the steps have been followed and I do have a pro account. The issue has been there for 4-5 days now and its a bit concerning as the AI bot isn't functioning right now due to this issue. @Tico | Voiceflow Assistant Hello Team, Its been 5 days and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Request you to fix the "Internal server error" issue at the earliest as its affecting my clients business goals.
