Are Multiple Knowledge Bases Possible for the same project?

I seemed to remember you used to be able to use multiple knowledge bases in the same project -- Is that still possible? I would like to keep the LLM responses linked to specific documents depending on user behavior. Thanks for your help.

Yes, it is still possible to use multiple knowledge bases within the same project on Voiceflow. You can add various data sources to your Knowledge Base, which allows for a more tailored and dynamic response system based on user behavior. Here are some key points to consider when implementing and managing your Knowledge Base: - You can add new data sources by navigating to the Knowledge Base tab and clicking the 'Add Data Source' button. Options for data sources include URL(s), Plain text, Sitemap, PDF, and Docx. - It's possible to set a refresh rate for each data source to ensure the information remains current. Options for refresh rates include 'Never', 'Daily', 'Weekly', or 'Monthly'. - The Knowledge Base settings allow for customization to optimize AI-generated responses. Settings include Model, Temperature, Max Tokens, Instructions, System, and Chunk Limit. - Previewing your Knowledge Base is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the AI's responses. This can be done through the 'Preview' button in the Knowledge Base CMS interface. By effectively managing these aspects, you can maintain multiple knowledge bases within a single project, ensuring that the LLM responses are linked to specific documents as per user interactions.
