Assistant answers two times
Hello, every time I ask my assistant a question that needs to be answered with the knowledge base or ai it answers the question two times. How can I fix this?

If your assistant is answering twice for every question, it might be due to an issue with how the assistant's responses are configured or a glitch in the system. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:
- Check the assistant's design to ensure there are no duplicate response steps or overlapping triggers that could cause repeated answers.
- Preview your assistant's responses to see if the issue persists in the preview mode. This can help isolate whether the problem is with the design or the deployment.
- Review your Knowledge Base settings and the AI model configurations to ensure they are set up correctly. Incorrect settings might lead to unexpected behavior, including repeated responses.
- Test with different queries to determine if the issue occurs with all types of questions or only specific ones. This can help identify patterns or specific triggers causing the issue.
If after these steps the problem continues, you might need to review the assistant's logic and structure to ensure everything is set up correctly. Sometimes, a small oversight in the setup can lead to issues like this.

I was not able to fix it with this information
Screenshot the flow that is outputting that response.
Include the blocks before and after

Thank you for your response, what do you mean with flow? Is this what you mean? The one with the arrows is the one that is outputting that response.

I think i fixed it I needed to remove one response block, i don't know why i put 2 there.
But know it cannot answer random questions like "what color is the sky", I know it does not matter much but still I think it's cool to have the feuture to answer to every question asked. Is there a way to make that possible without it answering the question twice?
I would need more info. Why do you want it to answer any question? You don't want people using your bot as a free ChatGPT. Happy to jump on a call to see what you are trying to do.

Not neccesary but when i set the response ai as an ai model it answers that sort of questions but the most important part is for it to answer questions using the knowledge base.
I thought maybe there's a quick and easy way for it to also answer random questions outside the knowledge base without it giving two answers.
But it's not really important
you can
I just wanted to make sure you understood the risk.
You can turn on the "Not Found" path within the AI Response with KB step and then feed the same question into a regular AI Response step.

Ok, I'm gonna try if it works now. Thank you for your help.
