Whatsapp integration - no transcript.
Hi all, im a little new to this, but i followed this "how-to" to the word (https://github.com/voiceflow/example-integration-whatsapp?tab=readme-ov-file) and it works great, my issue is that im not getting any transcriptions. It does say "You can find your Dialog API key (VF_API_KEY) in the integration tab in Creator and the project ID (VF_PROJECT_ID) in the project settings (this is needed if you want to save transcripts)." which i have done and put in the correct keys for those. Not errors in the console. Can anyone help me here? (im getting the data for the analysis, but no transcript oddly!)
