Can VF user permissions be configured so that they cannot view transcripts?
It seems that any user added (even if they have the Billing or Viewer role) can view transcripts. This isn't great from a data protection point of view, as only the people who need to access the data should be able to. So e.g. if I have a finance team member added to manage billing, they don't need to access user data and therefore shouldn't be able to.

In Voiceflow, the roles and permissions are pre-set and currently, there are three main roles: Viewer, Editor, and Admin. The Viewer role allows a team member to view, test, and comment on assistants, but it does not restrict access to transcripts. The Editor role includes all the functions of a Viewer, plus the ability to modify and edit designs of assistants, access editors, and upload or export assistants. The Admin role includes all the functions of an Editor, plus the ability to manage workspace settings and assign team members to roles.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no specific role that restricts access to transcripts. This means that any team member, regardless of their role, can view transcripts. I understand your concern about data protection and the need to limit access to sensitive user data. However, as of now, Voiceflow does not offer the ability to customize permissions to the extent of restricting access to transcripts based on roles.
Please note that this is based on the current functionality of Voiceflow and may be subject to change in future updates. We always strive to improve our platform based on user feedback, so your concern about data protection and user permissions is highly appreciated.
