Spam issue

Hi, I have problem with some chatbot users entering a wall of random text over and over again. Someone did it for 100+ times in a row and used up all our tokens. Is there any moderation settings or ways to implement spam protection? I already used gpt4 to detect spam, but its not enough. I need some kind of character input limit too!
