Prevent Number being marked as spam

Hi, does anyone have best practices on what to do with new phone numbers to avoid them getting marked as spam?

I'm doing database reactivation (outbound calling) with voiceflow + vonage

Should i be setting up caller ID?

Registering my number on free call registry?

Other type of stuff like that?
