Links with AI

Hey! I'm trying to put make my chatbot display links corresponding to the user query (behind a text, with the new Voiceflow feature) and as I didn't really find any tutorials on YT, so I ask here... I struggle to make the AI to display the right text, with the right link behind the text. Is anyone experienced with this link thing?

Thank you, but actually I already tried to put the text into brackets, but the AI writes its response with the brackets, and not the link : it doesn't seem to understand that it should put a the link, and not just write the text with the [ ] Are you also using chat GPT 3.5 turbo? Oh and when I do this directly is an example I provide to the KB, it puts the whole link

Now I'm using GPT-4o, but GPT-3.5 also provides me with the correct link

You need to use markdown or html a hrefs. I like markdown:
