Connecting a search engine to the chatbot if no result for user question exists in knowledge base
Hi everyone,
is it possible to connect a search engine such as google to the chatbot in voiceflow for questions from users that are not included in the knowledge base?
I would like to implement this similar to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDVRcaeBN8Q, but it doesn't work with tavily in my case because tavily says, that I would need a GPT Plus account.
I would therefore like to know whether I could also connect another search engine such as google to my voiceflow chatbot per API, where I don´t have to pay something?

The original output seems to be a hallucination as it provides information about integrating Google Custom Search with Voiceflow, which is not mentioned in the provided source documents. The source documents mainly discuss various features and capabilities of Voiceflow, such as using Voiceflow's Dialog API, integrating with live agent platforms, customizing the Web Chat experience, and integrating with various channels like WhatsApp and Telegram. However, they do not provide any information about integrating Google Custom Search with Voiceflow. Therefore, the original output is not accurate and does not align with the information in the source documents.
