The button doesn´t open the link

The button doesn´t open the link
When I test by Voiceflow platform, it works fine. When I click on the button opens a new web browser tab with the corresponding page.
But, when I try to do the same by instagram direct messenger, It doesn´t work. Nothing happnes.
Does someone know about it
