The button doesn´t open the link
The button doesn´t open the link
When I test by Voiceflow platform, it works fine. When I click on the button opens a new web browser tab with the corresponding page.
But, when I try to do the same by instagram direct messenger, It doesn´t work. Nothing happnes.
Does someone know about it

I'm sorry, but I couldn't find any information related to an issue where a button in your Voiceflow project works correctly on the Voiceflow platform but not when used in Instagram Direct Messenger. It would be best to refer to the specific documentation or support for Instagram Direct Messenger for this issue.
How are you integrating it in insta?

Link buttons dont work because their not supported by MEta
You can do it only through custom templates which require to be pre-approved by meta
the work around would be to just send the link as text after a button is clicked
