Bug: Restart Conversation Button doesn't make the Agent forget information about the user.

There's a bug that I've noticed during testing for an agent that I am making for a travel operator biz.
When the whole project is deployed on a website, and I test on that website, even in incognito, the first test always works fine.
The 2nd attempt and all other tests moving forward after using the "Restart" button within the UI are not going well.
The AI remembers information from my 1st test. For example my 1st test was about travelling to Mexico, my 2nd was travelling to Las Vegas. At the end on the summary on the 2nd test, the Agent mentioned details from my 1st test about Mexico.
Can you guys make it so that the refresh button on the UI makes voiceflow refresh the user id, or forget information?
If I have a traveler who comes a couple of months later on my client's website and they go through the flow again, they will be massively confused and will say the service is crap.
