Cannot store nor response AI with slightly bigger texts (4 lines)

I’ve been having some technical issues, summarising a user’s response into some bullet points. Whenever I cross a certain amount of characters in any sort of message, for some reason it cannot create a variable with over 3 lines of text (which is not that many).

I’ve even tried using my own API calls to OpenAI, yet no success.

Please get back to me asap. I need this issue fixed.
