Widget not reloading wtih page
I have a problem that I suspect someone can solve, but has me stumped. I have successfully integrated the code snippit from voiceflow and displayed the agent widget correctly. After a customer interaction if the customer clicks "Start New Chat" everything works correctly. However, I have some customers who, after a conversation, are clicking the Refresh button at the top of thier browser and while the page will reload, it fails to display the widget (chat box), it is like the widget (chat box) doesn't exist. This always happens if the customer fails to click "Start New Chat". If the customer closes the browser window and reopens the page everything works fine. Has anyone dealt with this or know of a solution?

they don't see the chat bubble in the bottom left-hand corner?
