Conditions after user filled a google form

I have a problem to identify which answer did the user choose in the last question in my google form. I want to make it so if the user selected "Less than $1000" it will go the not qualified path and if he chooses anything else it will go the qualified path. I send the images of my workflow, javascript block code, conditions and the last question in my google form. I asked claude and chatgpt for help but after after 2 hours they didn't help. Previously I had the issue that even If the user picked the "Less than $1000" it would go the qualified path, but now it tells me that "User exited the form flow". I think there is a problem in the javascript block. If someone can help I would REALLY appreciate that. I was struggling with it for the past 3 hours.
