Email Entity Issue

I'm having a problem with an email entity in my Voiceflow project. It's capturing responses that don't contain any email addresses as if they were valid emails. This wasn't an issue in another project I worked on. I've attached a screenshot to show what's happening. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.
