did you have too transtion problem between the new AI agents i'm strugling with this and afte paying the plan to voiceflow i fill that i did a mistake
This is my problem:
I have a multi-layer agent structure:
1. Main router → routes to
2. Secondary router (products, services, KB) → routes to
3. Final agent/block (e.g., invoice).
After completing a task (like sending an invoice), the agent asks:
If the user replies with a new request (e.g., “I need my order confirmation”), the main router detects the intent, but the message gets stuck in the secondary router and doesn't reach the final block.
The flow breaks, and a generic response is returned.
have you encontered aussi transition between agents problematic ?
