Urgent Question on Voice AI

Hey everyone I have an urgent question about a phonebot we have. The issue we have is … sometimes people hang up bevor the end of the conversation and in that case we do not have the possibility to create a ticket via. API because the user is not coming to that step. Are there any ideas how to handle that?
