ASR doesn't work and switch to other languages beside english

Hello, i've been trying to make my speech to text function work in italian but for some reason it always still reconises just english, can someone help? i notices this problem is also with other account, i would need to fix it asap for a client thank you very much

How to get ASR working in Italian Voiceflow’s automatic speech-to-text engine only listens for one language at a time. If the ASR language is still set to English it will try to force every utterance into English words, even when you speak Italian. 1. Open the project in Creator. 2. Go to Settings → Behaviour → Voice. 3. In the Transcription language dropdown choose Italian (it). 4. Save, redeploy / refresh your preview and test again. Once Italian is selected the transcripts should come through in Italian instead of English. Need more than one language?
ASR can’t auto-detect multiple languages; you’ll need either: • a language-selection step (e.g. DTMF menu or button that routes the user to an Italian or English flow), or

I already did this, but for some reason even though the language ios set to italian it only understands english, there's a bug, i would need it asap @NiKo | Voiceflow i still have the same problem and my client really liked the feature, but i need to make it work in italian to use it. Thank you in advance

Is this also happening when testing on desktop or only on mobile? Also, what are your Voice input settings/model?

@NiKo | Voiceflow o this is happening both in testing inside vocieflow, desktop, mobile, all browsers. While the microphone icon doesn't jsut show on browsers different from chrome

I tried deepgram also but it has the same problem @NiKo | Voiceflow this is kinda important since it's a very good feature, how long is it gonna take to fix it?
