Transcripts in test mode are empty/not saved

Transcripts are not being saved during run mode as well as testing with widget in the canvas. It creates the sessions but transcripts are empty "No Data to show"

Hi there! here’s what usually causes the “No data to show” message in the Transcripts tab and how to fix it: • Test Tool on the canvas ➜ transcripts are NOT saved automatically.
– While you’re chatting in the Test panel you have to press Save transcript (top-right) at any time, or hit Save when the session ends.
– If you close the test without doing this, a session row will still be created, but it will be empty – exactly what you’re seeing. • Chat Widget / Share prototype ➜ transcripts are saved automatically.
– If you’re testing with the widget that pops up on the canvas make sure the conversation is actually finished (or refresh the Transcripts page) before checking.
– Also verify that the date filter at the top of the Transcripts screen includes “Today”; a tight filter will hide new conversations and show “No data”. • Runtime / DM API ➜ nothing is stored unless you call the PUT /v2/transcripts endpoint yourself. So, if you’re only using the built-in Test Tool right now, just run a quick test again and click Save transcript → go back to Transcripts and you should see the full dialog instead of the blank “No data” message. Docs for reference: https://docs.voiceflow.com (see Transcripts › Saving a transcript)
Hope this clears it up – let me know if the transcript still stays empty after hitting Save!

I don't think there is a "save transcript". Not really helpful.

there used to be, we'll update the documentation for the Tico bot. @DrBanny . we have a new transcripts update coming next week, that's why this is a bit wonky. It's already on production behind the scenes. Give this till next week ~
