No longer getting chatlogs stored in conversation history.
When i go to the conversation history tab i get no test data.. like at all.. all i get is the words No Data.. But when i scroll down as youll see in th video.. its only chat logs that came from webcaht and only after July 16th it seems. All Voice chats appear to store the chat log.
I appreciate you guys adding the little debugging window in our test environment but i like to use the chatlog instead cause its easier to trace. So hopefully we can get this resolved.

Hi there! A quick clarification on how the Conversation History ( Transcripts ) panel works today:
• Tests you run inside the Test Tool on the canvas are not stored automatically. To add one of those sessions to Conversation History you need to hit Save Transcript (either during the test or after you press “End Test”). If that step is skipped the panel will simply show “No Data”.
• Sessions that come from the Web Chat / Shareable Prototype link are saved for you automatically – that’s why you’re only seeing entries that were generated through webchat from July 16 onward.
• Voice (telephone) calls also save automatically, so those transcripts should continue to appear as expected.
So, if you want the debugging sessions you run in the creator to show up next to the webchat logs, just click Save Transcript before leaving the Test Tool. You’ll then see it in the list (you can also tag, filter by date, export, etc.).
If the Save Transcript button isn’t visible, double-check that you’re on the latest creator version and that no date/tag filters are hiding older logs.

Thanks Tico.. I do know that logs ahve to be stored but since the most recent update the button to save chat logs has either been moved or replaced. Can you please direct me to where it was moved to?
Also, how do i ensure im on the latest creator version doesnt that happen automatically when we load up the project?
@Moderator Can someone please help me with this? Where are my transcripts? Debugging using that silly log window is excruciating.. since the alst patch there is no save transcript button visible so do i need to activate a setting to get them to save automatically? This is a HUGE inconveniecne.
Hey @BambooCrew_BBC , we have a brand new logging system coming for transcripts and evaluations - I suspect this is because that's rolling out behind the scenes. By Monday next week you'll have a far improved and upgraded transcripts system. May be as soon as Thursday, going through final QA right now.
@Chidi can we make a ticket and investigate this?

you can choose if you want debug logs saved, or just live conversations

Ooooo im loving the credits collumn haha plus the evaluations collumn ooooo that does look nice!!
Will we be able to access the data in that data using api calls too? or is this still just an internal resource.. Im thinking we could use an API call to calculate the total token used each month to help with agent valuations.
