Need to add extra seat and self-checkout not working

Everytime i try to add an extra seat i go though the checkout process and it doesnt succesfully run my card and add the seat.

Here’s how adding an extra editor seat normally works and a few quick things to double-check when the self-checkout doesn’t complete: 1. Where to add the seat
• From the Voiceflow dashboard open Teams & Billing → Billing
• In the “Editor seats” section click + Add seat and follow the checkout flow
• Each extra editor seat is $50 per month on Pro & Business plans (one editor seat is already included) 2. What should happen at checkout
• Your card is charged immediately and the new seat appears under “Editor seats”
• The new seat can then be assigned to a team-mate in Manage Collaborators 3. If the payment isn’t going through
• Re-enter or update the payment method in the same Billing screen, then retry
• Make sure the card has international/online payments enabled and sufficient funds
• Run the checkout in a clean browser tab or incognito window to rule out extensions/cookies
• If you’re on a corporate VPN or restricted network, temporarily disconnect and retry
• Try a different card if available 4. Enterprise workspaces
• Extra seats are added by your Customer Success Manager rather than through self-checkout Once the charge succeeds, the extra seat shows up instantly and can be assigned right away.
